Abbas Bayat,

Chairman, KBMS Inc

Abbas Bayat, Chairman of KBMS, is Managing Director for Liboza holdings NV, a multinational beverage group he established in 1997. The group owned Chaudfontaine Monopole (acquired from Interbrew and sold to CocaCola in 2003 after doubling its EBITDA) and continues to operate Sunnyland France, Sunnyland Belgium, Sunnyland Netherlands (acquired from McCain), and Ben Shaw & Sons in United Kingdom. Abbas was President for TROPICANA-DOLE BEVERAGES INTERNATIONAL, where he managed all non-alcoholic beverages of the Seagram Group worldwide except in the USA. Abbas's first company, ABA holdings owned Looza N.V., Looza Distribution France, Looza Germany and Juice Bowl Products in Lakeland, Florida and sold products in over 20 countries. ABA Holdings was the first company in continental Europe to launch chilled not-from-concentrate juices. The group became market leader in France, Belgium and Germany while gaining significant market share in the UK and other European countries. Abbas received his Master of International Affairs and PhD from Columbia University in New York.

Gholam Bayat,

President & CEO, KBMS Inc

Gholam leads KBMS in offering the consumer goods industry a world-class business solution for achieving enhanced productivity. His philosophy focuses on shifting performance constraints by fusing operations, information and organization to unleash the inherent business potential of every company. Prior to establishing KBMS, Gholam was co-Managing Director of the Sunnyland Group, a European beverage multinational. He was responsible for the group’s productivity enhancement strategy and information systems and was widely recognized and acclaimed for his industrial leadership. Gholam received his MBA from Durham University and read for his PhD, in multiple objective decision-making, while an IBM fellow at Durham University Business School in England.

Moodi Mahmoudi,

Director & COO, KBMS Inc.

Moodi is Director and Chief Operating Officer for KBMS Inc. In this role he drives KBMS to offer food and beverage companies access to tier 1 technology and information systems.

He believes that food and beverage companies are too busy running critical tasks rather than focusing on their core business values. Speaking at conferences across North America, Moodi dedicates his time to demonstrating the inherent value in using capable technology and industry best practices to achieve financial and operational goals. He insists that that using technology to fulfill critical business needs empowers companies of all sizes to focus on their core business differentiators.

Moodi is the winner of Canada Leadership Award 2005. He sits on the board of several companies and is an advisory committee member of numerous charities. Moodi received a BS from McGill University.
